Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods, where you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
• on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item, where you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;
• on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last consignment or the last part, where the goods are delivered in several consignments or parts.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Please note that products supplied with a hygiene seal may no longer be eligible for return once that seal has been removed after delivery, where this is permitted under applicable consumer protection law.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
